ഷെഫ് ജോമോൻ കുര്യാക്കോസ്

Ingredients

250 gr-mascarpone,
250 gr -cream cheese (Philadelphia can be used instead),
400gr-yogurt,
400 gr whipped cream,
200gr- powdered sugar,
30 gr gelatine,
30 ml rose syrup.

 

Method

1) Mix mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, yogurt, and sugar
2) whip the cream and fold it into the cheese mixture
3)melt gelatine in warm water. And add Rose syrup then mix well
4) pour the mixture into a mould and allow them to set.
5) Allow the mixture to set for a couple of hours and remould and serve.
